Marilyn’s Marinade
This is a great marinade for beef you would cook on the grill. We recommend James Ranch London broil or our kabob meat.
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbls. dry mustard
- 2 1/4 tsp. table salt
- 1 Tbls. course ground pepper
- 1/2 cup wine vinager
- 1 1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients and marinate meat at least 12 hours or 24 for full flavor (depends also on thickness of meat). Directly grill over hot coals on each side for approx. 2 minutes to get grill marks and then set to the side for indirect heat with lid on grill for approximately 5 minutes or instant read thermometer reads 130 degrees for medium rare.
- Take off grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Cut in thin slices against the grain. Enjoy!
